Last week, The 100 Club of Buffalo was honored to receive a generous $10,000 donation from National Grid, presented at Highmark Stadium in partnership with the Buffalo Bills.
This donation was part of the Safety First program, which pledged $50 to The 100 Club for every tackle made by a Bills safety during the 2024–2025 NFL season. The result? A powerful show of support for those who dedicate their lives to keeping our community safe.
Representing National Grid were Liz Peters and Dave Bertola, who presented the check to 100 Club Board Member Jack Moretti. Also in attendance were Lt. Marty Barrett and Lt. Tim Max from the Buffalo Fire Department—two long-standing lieutenants and devoted supporters of The 100 Club, as well as two hardworking linemen from National Grid.
We are incredibly grateful to National Grid and the Buffalo Bills for their commitment to first responders and their families. Their generosity helps us continue our mission to support those who protect and serve our community every day.
Thank you to all who made this partnership possible!
