Commissioner Diina devoted his life to serving and protecting the people of Buffalo. From his early years as a patrol officer to his leadership as one of the city’s longest-serving police commissioners, he exemplified integrity, dedication, and a deep commitment to his community.
Beyond his distinguished law enforcement career, Commissioner Diina worked tirelessly to improve safety across our region, from revitalizing the Police Athletic League to mentoring future leaders in public service. His impact on Buffalo’s law enforcement community will be felt for generations.
At the 100 Club of Buffalo, we proudly support the brave men and women who serve and protect our communities, and we honor leaders like Commissioner Diina who dedicated their lives to that mission. His service and spirit embody the very values our organization stands for.
